Mis-Ordered Products
If you order wrong item by yourself, or you find it is not what you want to order (not quality problem), our return policy is not applied for you, please aware of this.
Quality Issue
Our products DON'T work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing customers fail to use it, in this situation, our return policy will be open for you.
Non Quality Issues
In some particular situations, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.
Physical Damaged Items
If the item is damaged by yourself, we CAN'T provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.

After confirming your items is under our policy of returning, please use simple airmail to ship item back to us.
How we will do after receiving your return
Keep in touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and we will inform you when everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.
Refund Policy

you can apply for refund within 1 month since the date you received the goods. Detail rules as follows:
Full Refund
(a) When the items you receive have quality problem ,we will refund to you fully, including problem in the hardware, software or adapters.
(b) If we send wrong items to you, which is our responsibility to refund full item value.
Item is Lack of Stock
If product is out of stock, we will send email to check if you want to exchange or get refund. If you want to get refund, we will refund the money for this goods to you, if there are still other items for this order, we will send the rest to you. If you want to cancel the order, we will refund full money to you.
Product Lost
When the product is lost in transit to you by shipping company, we will refund fully or resend you a new good item.
